Question 2: Should I replace my filter / cooling pads?
Your evaporative cooler pads can be cleaned for a number of years when maintained.
Depending on water quality & age, it varies as to when they require replacement. A serviceman will be able to assess on inspection.
Question 3: How often should I service my evaporative cooler?
We recommend yearly maintenance, as all systems work in a harsh environment - on the roof, with water going through system. Yearly servicing is optimum for both performance & hygiene
